Beautifully written! And what a great reminder! I once witnessed two little boys playing souvenir drums in the airport. I found the kids and their “music” charming, but that’s who am I am - a more cowbell kind of gal. But I was surprised to see so many people smiling at the noisy boys in a place that begs for anonymity and unobtrusive conduct. I was encouraged by all those amused - or at least tolerant - humans!
